A comfortable stay was experienced at Hermes Palace Aceh in the Executive Deluxe room, which was found to be spacious and clean. The service was warmly provided by the staff, and helpful assistance was always offered when needed. A good variety of breakfast options was served, and the food was enjoyed each morning. The pool was appreciated for its moderate size and calm atmosphere. Transportation was easily arranged using Grab or rented vehicles. Nearby eateries and grocery stores were easily accessed, and most local attractions and souvenir shops could be reached within 10–20 minutes, depending on traffic. Overall, the stay was made enjoyable and smooth. A return visit would definitely be considered.

We booked here only for one night and it was OK. We have been in other five star hotels and this one is in comparisson a province five stars. For the price fully OK, not much to complain, except that there were only 1 bath towel per person provided, no face towel. Our rooms needed some renovation but was clean and quiet. The personal is proffesional and friendly. They stored our luggage while we visited the town. The breakfast was great, lot of choice and live counters. Mostly Asian food, which was delicious (we avoid Western food while in Asia).

Nice local food, excellent staff. The front desk called me to make sure the room could be cleaned even though the privacy light was on, because they saw that I was out and not in the room, thanks Ninda (If i not mistaken her name)

Very friendly & helpful staff. Welcome drinks also provided. Breakfast buffet was great & plenty of choices. Rooms were clean and comfortable. A lot of cafe & some restaurant within walking distance.

Comfortably bed, nice swimming pool. Very helpful staff- the atm swallowed by bank card and the staff helped me to get it back.

Very good for a layover before heading to Pulau Weh. The staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Food in he restaurant was good.

5 stars hotel with beautiful building, swimming pool and nice decorations. The room, wifi and Internet is good. Easy to get transportation via Grab.

We loved the breakfast! Everything was fresh and there were so many delicious options. We ate dinner there as well because the food was so good and the staff was so helpful and kind. We highly recommend this hotel!
